To be considered for the alliance, executive career coaches must have:
at least five years of demonstrated success as an executive career coach or executive resume writer working one-on-one with senior leaders.
a thriving career coaching business, executive resume writing business or an executive outplacement role in which at least 50% of your work is specifically focused on executive career assessment, executive resume writing, executive branding, executive outplacement, and/or executive level job search coaching.
a collaborative spirit and a desire to network with other executive career coaches for mutual benefit and support.
