Talk with the coach(es)
If you want, you can then set up a complimentary call with the recommended coach(es) to see if you think they’re a fit. There’s no charge for the referral, and the coach doesn’t charge for the exploratory call.
Work with the coach directly, if it feels right for you
Every executive career coach in the alliance runs their own independent career coaching practice. If you feel like the person is the right fit for you after the exploratory call, you would engage with the coach directly.
Will our coaches be right for you?
Our alliance of executive career coaches focuses specifically on executives at the Director, Senior Director, VP, and C-suite level.
Our coaches serve leaders who are mid-career and beyond, established in their careers with 15 or more years of professional experience, and are managing teams, budgets, and organizational complexity at a significant scale. They are looking for a coach who matches that level of experience.
If that's not where you are in your career yet, it’s likely that an ECCA coach isn't the right fit at the moment.
